 Malaria is serious vector –borne tropical diseases that remains one of the primary reasons for death in several countries . and typhoid co-infection a major public health problem many developing countries. Most co-infections treated are based on methods diagnosis plagued with assumptions which possibly exaggerate situation. Objective: This aim this work was to investigate rate respect use direct Widal test diagnosing fever Khartoum state Method: descriptive cross-sectional malaria Plasmodium falaciprum Salamoella A total 100 blood samples were collected from patients clinical positive examined parasites S. typhi infection.
 Results: study conducted State between 2020 2021 individual form different age groups both male female, out parasites(Plasmodium falciprum) by films (100%) immunochormatogrphy 80(80%) , 52(52%) salmonella typhiO 18(18%) para- BO test.
